Reporting has never been more convenient. Through the Online Access Portal, data can be filtered, analyzed, or exported in PDF format for offline archiving and further processing. This effectively closes the "paper trail" loop, providing a quick and user-friendly experience for end-users. This streamlined reporting process significantly enhances accuracy, instilling confidence in customers across various GMP and OHS processes.

Features
User
User Feature Set
The User level app is geared towards external contractors and operation teams, it allows quick and easy isolation entries using the device's camera to scan a QR code attached to the isolation point. When you attach a lock to an isolation point and scan the QR code, the system will record all the relevant information automatically within seconds. Easy and quick!
My Isolation history
The GryphLOCK app saves a rolling 5 day register on the device, so you can easilly access your past week's isolations through a touch of a button. Any GMP based questions will also be displayed in this section, making it easy for the user to keep track of their activity across the facility
Notification Feature
The app includes a notification system to remind the user to remove their locks at the end of their shift, with standard working hours configured via the Acces Portal, thus minimising occurances of people having to return to site to remove their locks after unwittingly forgetting to remove them after work is completed.
Technician
Technician Feature Set
In addition to all the shared features of the User app, the Technician app also include many beneficial features. From the home screen, a technician can create and manage group isolation or "Lockboxes". This feature will greatly streamline group isolations and securing registry inputs by creating a QR code for every new group isolation, thus ensuring safety and data security.
Site Isolation Registery
In addition to the standard register, the technician also has access to any live isolation's register, this enables the technician to see what users are currently registered under an active isolation and simplifies lock identification. A site overview is also given within this app for management to have a quick and easy overview of current isolations throughout the facility.
User Profile
Setup a unique User profile with just a few steps. This enabels any on-site service personnell or external contractors to seemlesly move between sites without hasstle or modifications. Any User can use the GryphLOCK system on any GryphLOCK site.
